When your mechanic became aware of my issue he suggested that I take my car to another mechanics that wouldn’t charge me as much. Today I find out that the transmission was or should have been covered by my warranty from a mechanic not related to your business. In May I had the transmission and some kind of axle replaced by your dealership. When I got the car in the early part of April I turned around in the later part of April and contacted the salesperson about some things I had noticed. I didn’t actually get the car until in April. I purchased a used car with you all through the CAREs project here in Winston-Salem, NC in March 2022. This ended up being a total waste of our time. We were getting screwed on the trade and the rx. We were look at it like, so he means to tell us, he took a 10 year old blemished RX in on trade and gave that owner 21k, but only wanted to give us $20k on a 2018 jaguar in mint condition. He said he had took the 2013 RX350 in on trade for $21k and couldn't sell it for 20k. Price was 23,998, kbb had it at most $21,000, thats if it was in perfect condition which it wasnt, their was very deep scratches in the paint on the rear gate, then they tried to give us only $20,000 on our trade which was a 2018 jaguar F-pace 3.0t prestige with technology package. They proceeded show us a white 2013 RX350 that was priced $4,000 over what it should be listed for. So we wouldnt waste a trip, but no one called, text or emailed. We were told we would be notified if the vehicle sold.
